The URGAN Shoes, which provides the necessary awareness for all its employees in order to adopt this principle, undertakes as the top management to comply with the principles given below in order to ensure the sustainability of its studies within the life cycle of its activities.

To reduce the use of natural resources by making operational controls within the life cycle, covering all of the production steps, to make the necessary controls in order to prevent the pollution.

To provide the necessary infrastructure in order to fulfill the compliance obligations and maintain the sustainability
To ensure the use of environmentally friendly technologies by determining the risks and environmental dimensions of all the processes,
To consider the environmental factor in the amendments to be made in the available assets or in the planning of new investments, thus minimizing the environmental risks,
To provide trainings to employees and subcontractors in order to increase the environmental awareness, to share and disseminate good practices related to the environment with a social responsibility awareness by creating appropriate communication networks with the relevant parties,
To ensure a continuous improvement and development by setting goals and targets for the environment and continuously evaluating the performances.

URGAN Shoes, which has adopted the principle of working with well-known brands in the national and the international markets, has also adopted the principle of the productive usage of the natural resources in order to ensure sustainability during its activities. It undertakes to comply with the following principles regarding the use of energy.

It periodically monitors the national and the international legal legislation and the legislative regulations and integrates them into its business areas.
URGAN Shoes encourages the studies related to the energy efficiency in all of its processes from the purchase of raw materials to its rendering service and allocates the necessary resources.
It organizes trainings on increasing the awareness of the employees and the society about the use of the natural resources and the energy efficiency.
It has been working on areas of continuous improvement by periodically checking the energy efficiency performance of all its processes.

It ensures a continuous improvement of the system by measuring the customer satisfaction and by taking into account the demands and suggestions of the customers.
It determines the necessary infrastructure in order to follow up and implement the new technologies and to train its employees.
It has made the continuous development a part of every day and every job.
It ensures a continuous improvement by implementing the principles of the Quality Management System at all stages, from the purchase of the raw materials to the delivery of the products to the end customer and by the recycling received.
The context of the organization identifies the risks in all its processes by taking into account the relevant parties and determines the quality targets by considering the risks and ensures the sustainability.
